Troubleshooting Lambda System B21-F K-Jet 200

I've determined thta my car is running rich, and hence failed emissions. Woould like to check to make sure the Lambda/O2 sensor system is functioning properly to help narrow down the cause of the problem to a misadjusted air/fuel mixture. By the way, no injectors, including the cold start, are leaking. What is the best procedure for checking the Lambda system function ? Which wires are connected/disconnected and what readings are taken ? I have multimeter and a dwell meter.

Thanks.

Mike
