940 ABS Light wont turn out 900

I was replacing my battery and yeah I did exactly what everyone is thinking put the wrong cable on the wrong post. It sparked and now the windows,raio,and abs system are paralyzed. Car runs fine. Does anyone have any suggestions about what this job will entail and how much I'm looking at?
