slow start after cleaning my IAC, did I kill it? (part 2) 200

HEY THANKS EVERYONE!you've all been a great help!
I just walked out to check my codes, it came up 1-1-1 on number 2 and 6 tests. I think i may have killed my iac when i cleaned it, sound right? but no code?? The car will start but slowly die, if i hit the gas it will run and all dash lights will go off (brake fail - etc) but check engine will stay on. when it warms up all the way i can drive it home.... should i pull my iac back off and test? what's the best way? can it be rebuilt? junkyard time? Thank you so much!, you've be a! the code chart is great!
