AC compressor keeps cycling on and off S90-V90

Make sure your 'fresh' air vent is closed to the center vents, and the system in recycle air mode. If you increase the idle to 2K, there should be longer times between cycles and the air colder. If you have a wall thermometer that you can stick into the vent, even better.
Before you add/buy a can of r143a, shake it to see if it has anything in it! I bought a can last summer (road trip) and added it at a rest stop. Nothing happened. I realized then that the expensive stuff was empty. Stoped at Walleyworld and picked up two cans and shook them before I bought them. One can and we were cold again.
It is possible you are about 1/2 can low right now. If the engine fan doesn't come on you will not get the really cold air.
