IAC CLEANED, RECHECKED, BAD IDLE TIL WARM???? 200

well, cleaned my IAC, checked everything but it still has a start problem, it will run fine after it warms up, untill that it just chugs and slowly dies utill i give it some gas. Actualy it idles much better than before. The only thing I have messed with is the IAC, but i did take the throt. body off to get to it, i've done that a few times before. could the iac be working intermitantly? why would it run fine when warm? Plugs, wires, cap etc are all new. Also everything reads 1-1-1 on the code check (no problem found) should i just say, screw it, and replace my IAC all together...? any help would be great! thanks volvo people.....ian
