So I bought this car a month ago and it got me back home 1400 miles. Well I was getting around 22 mpg and I could only go 70 mph. This morning on the way home from work I looked at the speedometer and I was cruising at 80 with no problem. I then looked at the orange arrow and it was out. So question is do I need a new relay? anther question? would this cause me to fail emissions? thanks
