91 Bertone Coupe 700

I'm looking at a '91 Bertone Coupe as a replacement for my daily driver. It's got 150k miles or so and the B230ft motor. It looks to be in good shape. Not showroom but maybe 7 or 8 out of 10.

I know these have the same engine and drive train as the 760 (turbo) and body parts can be a problem but was wondering:

- How problematic is the electronic climate control?
- Do things like the power seats/windows have issues? My '87 760 had a few minor issues with the window switches but that's about all
- It looks like there might have been some leakage in the sunroof. Is that a problem area? DIfficult to fix?
- I have not owned a turbo before. seems like one of the exhaust hoses runs around $150 or so. How problematic are the Turbo versions vs non-turbo (B230f)?
- Are intercoolers and all the ducting and hoses have a lifespan?

Also this car has been sitting for a month or so. Is it hard on a turbo engine to sit for several weeks or a month or 2?

Any comments or suggestions would be most helpful.
