Air Cleaner Box vs. Dual Cleaners 120-130

My 122 has two fairly nice metal mesh a foam air filters. Pricey items, but they look a little weird to me. I remember that my dual SU 145 had a single air cleaner box that served both carbs. Are there any issues to be concerned about if I pick up a 145 air box and install in on my 122?
