Anyone know of a good battery relocation kit for a '92 245 200

I'm looking to move the battery to the rear passenger-side storage compartment of my wagon, and I was wondering if anyone who has had experience with this could recommend a good kit that will fit the wheel well compartment with a minimum of modifications.

Also, in reading past posts about this procedure, it seems that the major hassle is running the cable. I had a wacky thought about running the wiring above the headliner and again was looking for feedback about the practicality of doing so.
