hey this is TOM i have lots of volvo 240 parts and speeddo parts to the thing is the speedo from the 83 is differnt from the 87 will not work but i have parts to fix it and new arm the best way to get it off is to use 2 spones it works great and will not hert the face plate my e-mail adress is scobbydoottom@aol.com or call me at (904)294_2972
