I need the instructions for modifying the AW70 trans. valve body so it won't slam into 2nd gear. 200

I remember seeing someones instructions and a diagrahm for changing a spring in the trans. valve body to remedy a hard shift from 1st to 2nd gear.

I replaced the trans with a low mileage salvaged AW70 last summer but the shift to 2nd is sometimes uncomfortable.

I also replaced all of the rear end bushings, u joints and the center bearing.

The shift is so hard that it will even break the tires loose if I get too aggressive at take-off......OK, the road had a lot of loose gravel.

Anyway......

I would appreciate it if someone can pass this information to me.

Thanks.
Kyle
