960 Engine R/R question. 900 1992

No, there are no alignment marks, there are two alignment pins. Just like those that line up the head to the block. When separating watch for them, they will stay with the piece that has the most friction. There is nothing for the torque convertor/flywheel either.

I imagine your problem is from corrosion, and will just not allow the sensor to be removed.
