Camshafts and wiper blades 1800

Hi everyone. ive been noticing lately ( after driving a new volvo ) that my old 64 just dosent have the same get up. Im using an a cam right now and have a c sitting on my shelf. ive been planning to make the swap for awhile and was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to get instructions on that sort of thing and could point me in the right direction. Also, i recently was caught in a storm and was made painfully aware of how bad my wiper blades were. after sitting on the side of the road for about an hour i decided to replace them- but i cant find them- does anyone know where i can get some? Thank you
