Shopping for a 740... things to watch for 700 1988

I'm looking at a 1988 740 turbo wagon tomorrow night, and i'm in need to things to look for. what i knw about the car:
- 1 rust spot on one of the rear doors
- has been getting synthetic oil for the last 150000 km's (currently has 270000kms on it)
- has always had volvo filters
- manual tranny
- sunroof doesnt work.
- blue.
- asking 800$ CAD
That's what I know... i would really appreciate some tips on things i should look for and/or ask about tomorrow. Thanks to all.
