240 changes summary from '80-'93 200

140/240 Model FAQ

My in-progress attempt to cover trim levels

I've found the first page to be absolutely indispensible when tracking the changes for 240s. It seems to be completely accurate for the US models, except for that aluminum tailgate thing in 1991.

The second page is, as I said, a work in progress. Volvo's dropping of and subsequent return of 240 GLs in the early '90s bothered me, and it's hard to keep track of what was what. I eventually hope to expand the table to incorporate the turbo, six-cylinder, and diesel cars, but that's going to require some out-of-the-box thinking to figure out how to lay it out on the page in an intuitive and informative way.
