tuning up brothers car 200 1986

Hi,
I'm going to be working on my brothers 86 240 with around 175K miles, this weekend, just doing a quick tune-up (yes, the sister knows more about cars than all the guys in the family combined). It hasn't had any maintenance done for probably a year, and he can only tell me that it stalls sometimes, usually at start up, and it "runs crappy cause its old" (yes, hes mechanically useless and doesnt deserve a volvo).

I planned to swap out the AMM and FPR, because I have spares lying around, and replace spark plugs and the flame trap, and do an oil change.

I only have a couple hours and will be working in a parking lot, so I want to keep it simple. Anything else you all think I should do? Thanks!
