I called them right off your post, thank you.

The are based in Missouri, between KC and Springfield, in a town I have never heard of, but so what?

Polite folks, and gave me a quote better than the first one I got.

PS: I have tried DAS, but each time so far I get the "All our agents are helping other customers, please hold, all calls are answered in the order received". That gets a hang-up from me - I'm too impatient to put up with that level of service.
