alarm code 200

get the fault codes 2-2-1 and 2-3-1 I now what the mean (fuel system compensating for rich or lean fuel mixure..)I have replaced the fuel filter first time after 150000 miles/ air filter. Cleaned throttle body.
I do not notice much difference in driving except a little rough idle.(was very rough before I replace fuel filter and used Techron.
Does any one have any suggestions in which direction I should look next.

I checked the AMM and O2 sensor and I think they are working fine. I also disconnected the wire harness from the ECU to check different V, and the failure codes were gone for a couple of days.It just showed up again.The only thing on the O2 sensor as I meaured the green wire at the ECU I shouyld have measures continuity, but it did not,Please help
