I was assuming the growing-in-popularity T5 transmission swap. The T5 is a common as dirt (well, relatively) manual 5 speed used in mustangs, camaros, pickups, I don't know what all really. Later productions units are really high quality transmissions, and can handle 300+ HP that you can get out of a modified turbo Volvo powerplant better than the M45/46/47 boxes can. They are getting more popular in part because John Parker started making adapter plates for them.
