Kind off tough to say from that picture. I would just go with the factory Volvo ones as they really work well when installed properly. If you do the math on 1.75" it comes out to 44.45mm. I would still say just buy the factory ones. So you say the engine shop put these in there when they were doing the rebuild work on the engine? Are they just walking away from it and assuming no responsibility? How about if the engine lost all of it's coolant due to their shoddy workmanship and barbequed the motor? Sorry to hear about all the grief this is causing you.
