Someone T-Boned my Brick! 200 1989

My girlfriend was just hit last week in her 1983 245. You may already know this, but if you think you can fix the car yourself, you are better trying to get money directly from the driver that hit you...after all he doesn't want his insurance to go up. My girlfriend called her insurance company almost instantly. When insurance gets involved and sees a 1983 with 270,000 miles on it they are quick to total the car, give you a salvage title, and offer you a couple hundred bucks for the replacement cost of your "very old high mileage car." Be careful!

Ryan

P.S. see my thread on her accident: http://brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=959624
