Need 140 help on 240 exhaust 140-160

Hello all,
I normally hangout on the 240 side of this board, but I have a problem I'm hoping you guys can help me with.

I have a 1975 240 with a B20 that needs a header pipe. I cannot find anyone that still stocks this pipe.

I am wondering if I can use a pipe from a 140 instead. My pipe is one long Y-pipe thats runs from the manifold all the way back to the resonator, just in front of the rear axle.

Also at the very end the pipe kicks upward at about a 35 or 40 degree angle before it enters the resonator, and the resonator inlet points downward to meet it.

Does this sound like the 140 setup? Has anyone come across this problem?

I found found a 140 header pipe listed on alloemvolvoparts.com for $46.33, that seems cheap for such a long pipe and I'm wondering if it's the correct item.

Thanks for any help,
