There's no difference! 140-160

re: "...Does anyone know what the differences are for the fuel sender on the rallye gauges?..."

And, there's no difference for the fuel gauge -- the Rallye (R-Sport) cluster is designed to work with the existing sender. Only the oil pressure sender has to be changed, because you're switching from the "on-off" type for an idiot light to a varying resistance type for an analog gauge; and the sender comes with the Rallye cluster -- in my cluster (new in box), the sender fits in it's own little "pocket" in the custom-styrofoam packing, beneath the cluster.
