'79 265 V6 Runs Rough When Warm 200 1979

Hello, I have a '79 265 that hasn't been driven regularly for a few months, although it ran great when I parked it.

Suddenly it's running rough at idle after warming up, but sounds better at higher speeds, although the power isn't terrific. It starts ok when cold and idles nice when cold too. It starts somewhat ok when warm.

I pulled all the plugs and they look ok and seem to be getting spark. I'm now going to start checking out fuel delivery but thought I'd check around here first. Any ideas?
