Diagnosis help - engine performance 700 1989

Something else different you can try just for giggles, and rule out all possibilities. Take off all of the drive belts, and drive the car to see if it improves. SAFELY of course! Because there will be no power steering. And not too far ( during the day), because no re-charging of the battery. Could be power steering pump, alternator, water pump or ac compressor bearing binding, making noise and sucking up 10+ hp.
