engine options 1800 1971

I just acquired a 122s with an aborted 3.8l GM v-6 and TH350. It all appeared to fit OK and even cleared the steering shaft (but not by a whole lot). Dunno if the same unit would fit in an 1800 but...

I'll have to get some pics as they cut a lot of the tunnel out but not so much that you couldn't have done a manual... fabbing a new tunnel may be interesting.

It also appeared to have the engine sitting rather high in the engine bay (custom mounts).

Point is, this should work. Unfortunately, the brilliant fabricator took the engine suplier's word that the engine was "fine." So it got as far as determining why it wouldn't fire up when they abandoned it.

I'm getting it to help my poor 122s out with some major cancer issues.
