Initial start up S90-V90

The thing is its not the high idling. Cold, Warm, Hot any temperature...the engine when started goes straight upto around 1600 rpm on fire up then slowly comes down to normal idle (1000 rpm or less depending on temperature) taking around 5/10 seconds to get to normal idle. How do I clean the throttle housing safely and how do i remove it.
