Fleet oil supplier in CA Bay area? S90-V90 1997

I am interested in using one of those fleet oils for my next oil change.
That would be either Rotella, Delvac or Delo oil. The 15W-40 versions are common but where would I find the 10W-30 type?
Or even the synthetic ones with 5W-40 and 0W-30 viscosities!
I live in a very suburban region (no truck stops!) so where would I find these lighter oils?
