Where to get key blanks? 120-130

Find yourself a locksmith shop, the older the better. An experienced locksmith should have no problem obtaining blanks. If you are fortunate enough to have an original key for the car, then they can cut a new key from the key code. Otherwise, a good locksmith should be able to come close enough to get a new key to work.

I've been there and done that twice. There is plenty of good info available at Ron Kwas' site http://www.intelab.com/swem/swemkits.htm The ignition kit has worked without trouble for me over the past six months and has removed a good deal of trepidation when starting my '66 122.

BTW, Don Beyer Volvo in Fairfax, VA had blank keys for $5 about six months ago.

Good luck,

Joe M
