Your source for Fan Switch? 200 1988

The temp switch came from eeuroparts.com, they have a very large thread size, you will not be tapping any extra holes in the SAAB radiator hose fitting, it's about 3/4"+ and a fine thread at that. SAAB did use some dual range sensors but I haven't found any info on whether they are interchangable with the single range one or any temp ranges.

The '92/87º with the low speed fan hooked up has done a good job of keeping the temp down so far, I may hook up another sensor in the lower hose to activate the high speed setting of the fan or find a lower than stock sensor for the stock location in the radiator.
