Hard Brake pedal when cold 200 1983

Hi,
I have a 240 turbo 83 and I notice when I start the engine, the brake pedal is hard. When warm the engine the pedal I feel normal. The last weekend I use a carburator cleaner on the motor to find air leaks and when I spray on 1st and 2nd injector the motor heasite. Any advice?
