Does anyone have a trick for keeping manual window handles from unscrewing them selves? 200 1980

Kinda a goofy topic, but the other day as I was going to roll down the window in my '80 245, the handle came off in my hand.

I popped the little piece of trip that covers the screw off, looked at the screw and made sure it was all proper. It was.

I put the handle back where it was suppose to be, and tightened the screw back down, and popped the piece of trim back in place.

If this had only happened once, I would be to worried about it, but it seems to happen every couple of months if it's not something that is taken care of right away (loose screws I mean.) I do tend to use the window a LOT.

Does anyone have a way to keep this from happening? Certainly not as big of a deal as the other threads I've posted tonight, but it was a thought that occurred to me.
