Couple questions about 91 240 wagon 200

Hey guys.. first post here..
I just bought a 91 240 wagon as somewhat of a project car/summer car.. the engine had a thrown rod so i picked up another 92 240 engine and just finished dropping it in tonight. Questions:

*The 92 doesn't have a cold start valve hole in the intake manifold, the 91 does, should i swap intakes out to make it fit or just run without one>

*One port that doesn't look familar on either blocks is towards the rear of the engine passanger side, looks almost like it'd fit a 1/2" breather hose or so; what is it and what does it attach to?

*The car is not starting: It is leaking fuel profusely from one of the high pressure lines- i'll have to replace that tomorrow- timing is correct and there is spark.. any wide out guesses for me on what to check (i know this is a really open ended question.. but maybe there is some volvo specific stuff i don't know about)

*Does this car have a self diagnostic where i can fetch codes?

Thanks in advance,
