REAR AXLEL SEAL with flying oil....weeeeee 200

HEY EVEYONE! Right in the rear of my 244, where the axel inputs into the rear diff. oil is leaking very little, but the axel is slinging oil all about. The seal does not look like it's hard to replace, but how does the axel break down/dissconect? Do i just remove the flange bolts and go? any tips or tricks would be of great value! thanks volvo people! ian
