auto transmission woes cont. 200

Hi,
For that haven't read my previous posts, i have picked up a 91 240 w/ 232k miles and a blown motor (thrown rod). I have successfully replaced the broken engine with a newer unit. During the sway i thought it would be a good idea to change the pan gasket and filter for the automatic transmission. Now that i have the car running i'm trying to figure out what is wrong with my automatic transmission.

This is what i have done so far:

Filled with approximatly 7 quarts of fluid (any more seems to overfill and come out on top of the transmission, behind the bellhousing). I have disconected both cooling lines for it and have, with the help of a house, blown and sucked on them (i said suck, hardee har har har, anyways) in an effort to prime them or to get fluid through them. I can sucessfully blow air through both lines but am not able to suck any ATF through.

The car doesn't move right now no matter which position i put the selector in.

Please help.. any local people to me?
