wiper arm removal 120-130

I want to remove the wiper arm (not the wiper blade) from the shaft. Although this should be a simple process, it does not look obvious and I don't want to break anything. It looks like there is a clip (that seems near impossible to get to), but don't know whether that has anything to do with releasing the arm.
