How do I remove the dash board on a 144? 140-160 1968

Hey guy...

I got this 144 '69 wreck I want to remove the dash from (no cracks... after 36 years of bangkok sun...) , besides normal tools... what else would I need? (No electricity :( ) Cause I guess the screws by the steering column would be my biggest pain. (I'm actually thinking about a gas torch...cut the thing)
