How do I remove the dash board on a 144? 140-160 1968

You might be able to slot the screws using a hacksaw. Or maybe you could take
the car somewhere you can get electricity to use your Dremel Moto-Tool with
abrasive cutoff disks to slot them. Once you get them slotted they are pretty
easily removable using a screwdriver.
