Titania O2 sensor 700 1991

Hello,
I?m owner the 745 with Rex/Regina FI system. This model is rare in Europe (Poland).
Propably my oxygen sensor doesn?t work corect. The voltage changes between 0,00 ? 1,35V. Someone in the Volvo service told that titania sensor give max 1,2V. Moreover in the second service told me that my titania sensor works slowly than zirconia oxygen sensor.
Is there any way to test titania sensor? What are the corect parameters the titania sensor?
I will be faithfull for any ideas.

745, B230F, 91?,M47, Rex/Regina FI, (Europe, Poland)

Thanks
Waldemar
