removing air-con completely 200

Hi all,

I am in the process of swapping a B230ET into my 242GT while I am at it I want to completely remove the air-con but I want to keep the power steering, how do I rig this up?

I see ipd has an air-con bypass kit that allows you to run power steerings with an extended fan belt bypassing the air-con compressor, but I gather that this implies you leave your air-con compressor in place just disconnected which isn't exactly what I am after.

I take it that some volvo's came with power steer but not air-con however I have never seen one lol! How are they setup is the power steering re-located to where the air-con usually is? photos would be good if anyone has any.

And yes I will definately be getting it de-gassed by a pro so that I don't punch another little hole in the ozone layer.

Cheers,

Daz
