Tailgate Bodywork. 120-130

Dumb question time,... is my '68 220 partially galvanized?
There is rust in some places, for example along the bottom door edges, and also along the bottom of the tailgate. However, there is absolutely none on the rocker panels, or the strip which is below the tailgate. At some point the previous owner (P.O.)decided to quiet down the car by stuffing foam carpet padding in all the door and body panels. Result; collected water, and scattered rust-through. Really a shame, because I think it was a well maintained car, before P.O. got ahold of it.

1968 220 w/ factory overdrive, plastic inner door handles, headrests, sealed radiator, weird 2 circuit brakes(50%/50%; front/back), etc.

Some demented part of me wants to shove the drivetrain and brakes from a late 240 series under the thing. Otherwise it's my daily driver pick'em up truck that I bought as a stop gap transportation. Here it is 6 years later, and I'm still in love. It doesn't get any better than a 122 wagon! rolling, rolling, rolling, keep those,....
