my 1985 vol 240 sparks only when I let off key 200

I just bought a 1985 volvo 240. real nice shape. car hasn't run in a year.
I brought it home. I noticed it only sparks when I let off the key. No fire as I am cranking. Distributor wires are good. Cap and rotor are good. Timing belt is good. Fuses are all good. I swapped the ignition swith with a known good switch. Coil wires look good. Swapped coil. Still no fire. I get 12 volts to the coil. Not sure where to go now. I do have a spare mass air flow sensor. But I didnt' think that would stop it from firing.
