Door Handle on 960 S90-V90

This is the secound time for this to happen, I'm on the road with my job around 30 to 40k a year, The handle on the drivers door went first, then the door in the back on the drivers side. Would the plastic part from a car on the back passengers side work , or are the plastic parts right and lefts like the door handles? Like the ones that are breaking are diffenitly getting the most use of course.
