940 Right Running Lights Blow Fuse 900

My 940 instantly blows fuse #22 (I think) that controls the running lights on the right side of the car, center console lights and the seat belt light. I can replace the fuse and move the seat, connect the seat belt and the fuse does not blow. It only blows when I turn on the lights.

Since I had the center console our a year ago it might have a pinched wire.

Is there a plug in the wiring that goes to the rear lights. If so where is it located. I would assume under the drivers feet near the center console. I would love to eliminate the rear wiring or identify it as the problem by a quick disconnect.

The wiring from the right front turn signal is easy to follow (to a point)

Anyone that can tell me where to find that connector can be my hero for a day.
I need to order the manual but I need to get this fixed ASAP and I hate the online manuals since I am old school and need the book in hand as I follow the wires.
