90 240 wagon power windows

our 90 240 wagon was parked about 5 p.m. and all the windows were put up except the drivers window which was left open about 4 inches,at 7 p.m, I went out to close it and it would not go up, nor will any of the other windows go up or down
fuse #10 is good with 12 volts across it.hope some one can point me in the right direction to fix it.thanks
