Broken Window/Stalling Bucking '88 240 200 1988

Please help!! I need two things...
1. If anyone can give me a very specific step by step account of how to take my door panel off to get my window back on track, that would be wonderful. I've never done it before so..baby steps:)
2. Got some stalling and bucking going on. Stalled today, and almost didn't start back up. Went to pass someone on the highway the other day and just sort of putted along with accelorator all the way down. Seems not to do it in colder weather. And also seems to have a lower idle than usual. Thanks in advance for the help/advice.
