79 242 turbo warm up regulator...and base fuel pressure 200

what is the base line pressure for the 242 turbo from 79? I have a 5000 turbo quattro and would like to use the volvo warm up regulator to add a little extra fuel under boost, and was wondering if it would be compatible with the audi cis system. I know it will bolt up just fine, the only problem would be if the base fuel pressure were different. So if anyone can tell me what the spec. baseline fuel pressure is for the 242 turbo cis system i would really appreciate, as would the people on the audi world forum :)
