AC microswitch 200

The problem is the compressor is not coming on. That's with the small knob 'on' and the fan speed switch 'on'. It may be an intermittent problem. I could swear the compressor kicked in for a moment when I was running the self-diagnostic checks. But I'm not absolutely sure. I thought the engine bogged down for a second.
Also, the fan speed switch doesn't seem to be working on the low speed. Unless it's so slow it's unnoticable. But I'd think I would feel some air moving through the vents.
