I think I know how the rainwater is getting to the driver floor..... 200 1989

I recently fashioned a hose attachment to use when I vacuumed out the lower body via the floor board panel plugs. (Where the cowl vent directs the water to..you know). Anyhow...after plugging the access holes back up and re-installing the rocker panel trim, we've noticed that everytime it rains outside, the driver's side floor becomes deep w/ water. (like 1/2 inch or so).

Without even looking, wouldn't it make sense that one of the plastic plugs either is leaking or wasn't re-installed properly??
