Suggestion for improving speaker appearance 200 1990

Sometimes it's the little things that matter when it comes to 240 appearance. I never liked the appearance of the 1990+ 240 stock stereo speakers. The cardboard-colored cones show through the mesh cover cover and make them look cheap. I found that by removing the cover and spraying the light brown part of the cone with semi-gloss black paint, the overall appearance is significantly improved. These aren't high performance speakers by any stretch of the imagination, so a very light coat of paint does not affect the acoustic performance.
